We started this to reduce fraud.
A collective of former accountants and tax auditors. Years inside the IRS, years in private-practice tax work. We got tired of the old systems, and we got tired of watching obvious fraud go unchecked.
Thesis
Fraud is theft from the American people.
Every dollar the IRS fails to recover is a dollar the rest of us pay in higher taxes. If we can help find and prosecute fraud at scale, everyone else pays less. That is the whole operation.
Method
We don't chase volume.
We build filings that hold up at review — entity registries, property rolls, timezone math, durable corroboration. The kind of exhibit the IRS actually acts on. We turn public signals into Form 211s. Two contradiction families minimum. Record-backed or it doesn't export.
